Suleyman, son of Amadou Camara who was a tailor. But due to failing eyesight he now collects plastic for recycling. Suleyman said he wanted to go back to school but has to help his father earn money for the family. Pickers at the Kombo Municipal Council dump site at Bakoteh. A number of the pickers have other jobs but use the proceeds from selling recyclable materials to supplement their low wages. Amadou said he receives 6 dalasis / 8 cents USD per kilo.
